Republican Candidate
De Baca County Commission
District 1
I have called Fort Sumner
and De Baca County home since
1967. My parents, Jimmy and
Dorothy Bilberry, moved to
Fort Sumner when I was eight.
I graduated from Fort Sumner
High School, actively participat-
ing in 4-H and FFA. I served
as the president of the local FFA
chapter and ! was Miss Rodeo
New Mexico 1977-78 traveling
throughout the state and repre-
senting my community.

finance, but I have been self-em-
ployed most of my adult life and
it is there I have developed may
of the views and opinions I will
use to make decisions as your
County Commissioner. When
you are self-employed thereis
no passing the buck - you get
the job done.
I was raised with the prin-
ciples of right and wrong and
black and white - I don't do
gray areas.
I have also been employed
in the public area, working as
a waitress, as a bookkeeper at
am a certified 911 operator and
have worked for DeBaca County
Communications. I have raised
and taken care of livestock all of
my life.
My son, Clay Labrier, was
born and raised in Fort Sumner
and currently lives in Clovis. I
am married to Charles Harris,
who has worked for Walmart
Transportation for 20 years; We
own a small ranch west of Fort
Sumner. We both love De Baca
County.

kid who, under normal
circumstances, is con-

half-man, half-boy. Not

not old enough to buy a

die for his country. He
never really cared much
for work and he would
rather wax his own car
than wash his father's,
but he has never col-

either.
He's a recent high
school graduate. He was
probably an average
student, pursued some
form of sport activities,
